I have been with this practice all my life and am not at all happy with the appointments system. I had been unwell since November with what I thought was a really bad cold which I was unable to to shake off. By the end of January I was really unable to tolerate it anymore. I called the surgery to make an appt at 8:00 am and was 16th in queue, however was able to get an appt and was told I had chronic sinusitis. Five weeks later, still no better and unable to tolerate the nasal spray. On my day off from work (2 jobs at the hospital) I phoned hoping to get another appt, same situation, 8:00 am. "The race to get an appt" this time 26th in the queue. No available appt until 22 March! I feel really quite ill, can't breathe through my nose, can't eat properly, can't sleep properly, have a horrible taste in my mouth.

My visits on the mornings of 12th and 14th of January were made at short notice but both Drs, who saw to me were very thorough and I appreciated their care.
